**IMPORTANT** ~Rental Agreement~ Guests will promptly receive the Rental Agreement upon booking submission. To receive property access code, guests must e-sign the rental agreement and provide a copy of photo ID. ~Security Deposit~ A $500 security deposit hold will be charged off-platform 7 days before check-in. The hold will be released within 48 hours after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property or need for excess cleaning. ~Vacationing with Pets~ * We welcome up to 2 house-trained dogs of non-aggressive breeds, ages 2 or older. (Sorry, no cats or any other animals!) * Contact us for pet approval–Proofs of recent rabies shot and vet-grade flea/tick medications, Pet Rules and Pet Fee apply. * Be sure to add the number of pets in your booking request (Under Guests>Scroll down to Pets) so the Pet Fee for up to 2 dogs for the entire stay is properly included in your booking amount. * We provide a 24”x36” kennel, 2 dog bowls and poop bags. ~Refunds~ Direct bookings provide guests with the best rates by avoiding platform service fees. While we strive to ensure a perfect stay, we cannot offer refunds for circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions or personal reasons. We highly recommend purchasing trip insurance for added peace of mind. Additionally, violations of our house rules may result in early departure without a refund. For property protection and insurance purposes, there is a security camera covering the front entrance and it must remain active at all times. WEDDINGS, RETREATS & CELEBRATIONS We welcome intimate weddings, retreats, and special gatherings within our maximum guest capacity. Additional fees or policies may apply depending on group size and event details.
